The new Intel architecture will be one-third faster than Sandy Bridge?

According to unconfirmed reports, the performance of future chips in conventional applications rise by 20% due to internal optimizations, whereas the rate of rise of integrated graphics cores already at 30%. If you believe the rumors, the graphics Ivy Bridge uses 16 stream processors, as opposed to 12 in the most powerful versions Sandy Bridge. Someone said that the number of shader processors to increase to 24, but believe in it with great difficulty. Other features include updated graphics R13; support for DirectX 11 and HDMI 1. 4b.

Recall, processors based on the following microarchitecture will be made on 22- nanometer manufacturing process (Sandy Bridge is made of 32 -nm ). The first generation will retain compatibility with Socket 1155, but we already know that especially for the Ivy Bridge, Intel is preparing a chipset code-named Panther Point.
